Lachlan
Cattanach was called to the Bar in 1953 and is a graduate of Queen's
University and Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a senior partner
and began working at Cattanach & Cattanach immediately after
his call to the Bar. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1970.
His main areas of practice are wills and estates.

Donald
Hindson
Donald
Hindson was called to the Bar in 1957 and is a graduate of Carleton
College and Osgoode Hall Law School. After a year as a sole practitioner,
he joined the firm of Cattanach and Cattanach which then became
Cattanach Hindson. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1971. His
practice focuses on municipal and development law and he appears
regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board. He is a member of
the Canadian Bar Association, a past President of the York North
Law Association and past Chairman of Legal Aid for Civil Appeals
for Metropolitan Toronto and York Region.

Sutton
Lawrence
Sutton is a graduate of Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law
School. He was called to the Bar in 1967 and was appointed Queen's
Counsel in 1980. He has been with the firm since 1968. He carries
on a general practice with emphasis on family law, wills and estates
and real estate.

VanVeldhuizen
Albert
VanVeldhuizen is a graduate of Queen's University Law School and
was called to the Bar in 1986. He joined the firm then known as
Cattanach Hindson Sutton & Hall upon his call to the Bar.
Albert is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and York Region
Law Association. His practice is primarily centred on corporate/commercial
law, real estate and wills and estates.

Carruthers
John
Carruthers was called to the Bar in 1986 and is a graduate of
Trinity College at the University of Toronto and Queen's University
Law School. He joined Cattanach Hindson Sutton VanVeldhuizen in
1995. His practice focuses on litigation, dispute resolution and
dispute prevention. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association,
York Region Law Association, and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers'
Association. He has served as an Advocacy instructor at the Bar
Admission Course and as a Civil Litigation instructor at Humber
College.

Pochmurski
Terrence
Pochmurski was called to the Bar in 1998 and is a graduate of
Trinity College at the University of Toronto and Ottawa University
Law School. He joined Cattanach Hindson Sutton VanVeldhuizen in
1998. He carries on a general practice including civil litigation,
landlord tenant matters, commercial litigation, real estate and
wills and estates. He is a member of the York Region Law Association
and the Canadian Bar Association.
